What is collected
The general contact form collects a name, email address, optional organization, enquiry type and message. The beta-interest form collects an adult’s name and email plus broad testing-context selections. It must not be used to submit children’s information.
Why it is collected
Contact details are used only to respond to the stated enquiry or to communicate about possible future testing. Joining the interest list is not a participation agreement.
Where submissions are handled
Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Access should be limited to the project owner and authorized project administrators.
Removal requests
A person may request removal of their form submission by emailing blueviolet.agent@gmail.com.
Do not submit
Do not send passwords, identification numbers, home addresses, financial or medical information, school records, private assessment documents, or personal details about a child.
